During my childhood in Bulgaria, I remember being captivated by poetry and literature. The power of a writer to move people's hearts and transmit wisdom fascinated me.

Through some strange turn of fate my family relocated to Canada and I began operating in English. Another dimension opened up for me and I discovered that each language had its own artistry.

I carried on with my life, becoming a field engineer and travelling to different countries, but the desire to write was always silently residing in me. In the last few years it started manifesting itself in the form of several writing projects. My family and friends cautioned me that I was an engineer not a writer and that English was my second language but I decided to publish anyways.

Maybe with age I have stopped caring about what people think.
